Workout for Tuesday 2/17

Sorry for the late post....

We'll do our famous half mile repeats...

Warmup from the Shelter around to MacArthur.  Cross the Blvd and take a rest.  Run around the boulevard to the other side at a 5k pace.  Take a rest and walk back to the start area.  Repeat 5 times.

Cool down back to the shelter.

Well, I made it through but it wasn't 5K pace, more like marathon pace, lol. Hey, at least I did it! See everyone on Thursday night :)
