We'll run north and then back south, incorporating much of the LM Course (in reverse) for Saturday's nine mile route.

I've seriously neglected this blog for no reason other than I haven't made
the time to sit down and compose something. Which is kind of sad because

Some of us "less fast" runners are going to leave Cafe Moxo at 7. Pace will be 11:30-12 mm.
Well at least the run is not that Hilly right? I will be thinking of you all as you tackle 9 miles. I will be spending time on the elliptical trainer. Have a great run!
Thanks Chuck, keep your chin up! Hope to see ya the week after.

There's also 2 of us leaving at 7:00 from Moxo. We are doing 12 @ about 8:40-8:30 pace. We are going to pick up the extra miles through the cemetary and Washington Park.
Hi! I ran with the Half Wits for the first time today after coming across the blog while at college in Bloomington. Just wanted to say that it was amazing and everyone I came across was so nice, helpful, and welcoming! It really made the run fly by and affirms that runners really are the best sorts of individuals :). Thanks again- it was great and totally worth the trip back to Springfield!
Rick N.- If you by chance come across this, my e-mail is ltcull@aol.com. If you could send me the specs on that bike and we can arrange a time to come look at it. I am VERY interested.
Okay, I was talking to Karen V., sat about my foot problems. She mentioned that a fellow Halfwit was a foot specialist. I think her name is Teresa. If anyone knows her contact info, please have her contact me at im_chaz@rocketmail.com
Thanks.
Lance, Email neuber26@msn.com and we'll get together.

Really appreciate everything you do for the group!
Thanks again

Hi guys! I had a blast on the 9 miles running with all of you. To those that were behind me... sorry I got lost a little bit! I don't know Springfield very well. Yet. =)
Tim, thanks for organizing the half wits again. Really love starting from downtown. Love the different scenery (and the water stops) Mary B
