Saturday, Feb. 21 Route!

Hey Half Wits!

After three weeks of increasing mileage, we cut back to 6 miles this week for recovery.

Our route for Saturday has us running a good portion of the second half of the LM course, including the LM's finish area in front of Prairie Heart Institute.

Don't forget, we try to leave from Cafe Moxo as close to 7:30 am as possible.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Looks like no running for me. Elliptical trainer it is. Have fun.

Oh forgot to add, the reason I wasnt running was still due to my foot injury. I didnt want anyone to confuse my comment as, I didnt want to run this course tomorrow.

Believe me, I would run outside anyday over a treadmill or Elliptical Trainer.

Melanie and Maria - Here is the route we are most likely going to take. It's a little different than the Half Wits route. Comes out to just under ten miles.

Great run all. See ya at Washington park on Tues. Hey if you have a garmin a couple of cool sites you can upload to and save your progress are motion base and training peaks (i'll put the links below) both have payment option and free. The free option works great on both sites, no need to pay! Training peaks gives you a pretty good log and meal planner too! It'll will post your runs and give you better maps and tracking than the garmin software. You do have dwnld more software, but it is easy. Here are the links:
