After your race, join fellow HalfWits celebrating your accomplishments. The plan is to go to Sammy's Sports Bar and Grill on 217 S. 5th Street. They open at 11 a.m. What a perfect way to continue the day swapping stories about your run.
See you there!

Hey Mary! Where's the pictures?!?!? :)
Hey Pam and Russ--
Thanks again for carrying me in that last half mile. You guys crack me up!
Barry, little do you know, Russ and I had a hard time catching up with you. We were like "Hey, there's Barry, let's help him in" and then we said "Well, maybe Barry can run us in." Not kidding! Barry, you were running at an awesome pace. If you would just shut your mouth, you would have broken a new record, lol.
I was so excited to cheer everyone on. I don't think I ever want to run another race again, I'm just going to cheer at them :).
Everyone I talked to (and I think I talked to everyone at the race, believe it or not) loved the new course. I can't wait to cheer next year!
Oh Pam you are do full S---Salami! You better run it with me! Won't have a marathon to contend with so we can run hard! I too loved working the event. Brian Glass said he thought it was cool to hear the Blue Grass band playing as he ran down Lincoln. Or should I say flew down Lincoln. It was a little tricky trying to pass the GU as he flew by. Sammys after party was a lot of fun. Thanks Russ for the beer. I owe you one. Great job runners and volunteers!!
