Tuesday Night Speed Night 3/17

Lets go to the boulevard to run 1/2 mile repeats. Let's plan to run six of these...so warm-up over to the boulevard, take a rest, then start the 1/2s. Take a rest between each then cool down back to the shelter after running the six. Don't forget to wear your green!!!!

Now this is what I like to see! Russ stepping up to the plate to organize the workout. I appreciate that...I really do!

I got my arse handed to me at that workout. That killed me. Maybe I should have roller bladed?

No problem Tim I will also post for Thursday. I agree with Chuck it was a killer run on Tuesday.

I believe it is Tim's birthday on Friday so I hope he shows up on time Saturday to get us started.

Well I did the LM today and my time was 1:40 and it was a good practice run lol
