We are down to our last Tueday night run as a group before the Chicago Marathon. We are going to meet downtown at the Old Capitol at 5:30 and run a short 6. See the usual suspects for the run and maybe dinner/drinks afterwards.

Couldn't get downtown by 5:30 so ran 6.5 miles on the far west side at a 8:11 pace. It wasn't that hot but it was humid. Why is gas in St. Louis 255.9 and it is 295.9 here? Tim Mu
Pam, Kim and I did a 9:10 pace for 6 miles so can you save us a seat in the tent after the marathon? You will only have to wait about 45 minutes and I want a cold Miller Lite waiting for me.
Oh Russ, you are so modest. You were in front of us once again -finishing strong! I could only muster enough to get to the margaratis!! The light (Mango magaritas) at the end of the tunnel. Whatever it takes for motivation right? Good Job.
PS. Pam, so now that your a sushi tryer, I'll work you up to sea urchin (Uni) what do ya think?? It looks like orange snot. Appealing huh? It is actually my favorite. That may take a few yrs. though. I have been eating sushi for 20 plus yrs. Lov'n it but going broke.
