We've had some great fun after our runs the last couple weeks by hanging outside of Cafe Moxo at the tables on the sidewalk. They have great food and a wonderful atmosphere. And Mary R. was absolutely AMAZED by the farmer's market on Adams Street.
This past Saturday's run was pretty tough...the humidity really zapped me, but dealing with this weather only makes it that much better when we get those great cool September mornings!
Tim and Wendy, the change of location was a great idea. Cafe Moxo is the best. It was nice to get some solid food (and the portion sizes are very generous). I found the BEST Calhoun County peaches and some homemade salsa at the Farmers Market.
oh - just re-read the blog - hey,Tim (who used to live in Lincoln) you know the farmer's market in LIncoln - one corner - three guys - none with teeth - all selling the apples they can't eat anyway! But the weekend they have WHITE peaches - oh, man! And besides - exactly where have I been every single saturday for like the past two year?
Just kidding - it really is a very cool place. I'm thinking that's going to be a regular Saturday morning hangout of mine!
