Thanks for all you do for our running club! Wow, Abe's celebrating 30 years. As you may already know, and are to modest to show it, is that you have given Abe's Amble a great new completion with the development of Abe's Army. See you (and many others that you ushered into this event) on Sunday.

Any word on the "ipod police"? I read in the recent foot trails that they were really cracking down on the use of headphones during races. At least in the 2 mile parade run. I wasn't there, so I don't know how strictly enforced the rule was. Any thots on Abe's? I know, I know, I should be able to get thru a 10k without music. However, I wear them a lot for security. Just the comfort of knowing that I can turn them on if I need to makes me feel more relaxed. I'd hate to have my time removed from the "official results", especially if it ended up being a good one.
Any thots?
