Route for Tuesday 3/27

Well...we are in our last few days before the big race on Saturday! We'll taper back this week which means we won't do a speed or hill workout this week. We'll just do regular runs on Tuesday and Thursday.

For Tuesday, let's plan to run the Art Run Course (3 miles). After you get done with that, feel free to do a loop, or short loop in the park. Don't knock yourself out, but run at a good easy pace.
