Since several of us will be working hard at the Sizzling Mile this Wednesday, we'll postpone the hill workout until next week. This week, HalfWits Gone Wild are scheduled for a couple of three mile runs and a five mile run. The following run, from the Washington Park Playground Pavillion to Fit Club West and back is a little less than five miles, so plan on the way back going around the park (instead of directly back to the pavillion to get in your miles. There's water at the Fit Club and the park. Remember, it's time on your feet that counts, not how fast you go! 26.2 miles is a long way and learning to pace yourself is one of the lessons we're learning along the way.
