Routes for week of April 24

Tuesday is our last speed/hill workout of the HalfWits! We will just do a regular run next Tuesday since it is the week of Indy.

For this Tuesday, we'll go back to Williams Blvd. for 1/2 mile repeats...let's plan on six. So, warmup over to the boulevard, run the six at a good pace taking a rest of 2 minutes or so between each, then cooldown back to the shelter.

For Thursday I thought we could run the "Art Run" route then do a loop around to MacArthur for about 5 miles total.

Saturday we'll run the Panther Creek 7 mile route. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST SATURDAY RUN!

How was the Panther 7 mile? We ran an easy 4 before the MERCY race then a slow race and felt good. Missed the HalfWits but will be having a jolly ole time next week at this time!!!
