Workout for Tuesday, March 10

For Tuesday we are back at Washington Park. We'll leave the shelter at 5:30 pm...with longer daylight!!

Let's do some hills for this workout....

Warm up east from the shelter, left at the entrance, down the hill past the pavillion, left at bottom of the hill to the exit that leads towards Feldkamp (by the boardwalk).

Stop and rest so everyone can gather back up.

Then we'll do six hill repeats of the Feldkamp hill (run to top, turn around and walk/jog back, rest 90 seconds at bottom and repeat).

Cool down back to the shelter via the loop to MacArthur.
