The Frost Toes training group kicks off this weekend at the Heroes Run For Hope.
The Frost Toes is the "official" training program of the Frostbite Festival 10 miler on Sunday, December 7 and is open to everyone. You need a decent base of training, as the first long run is a five mile run, but this is the perfect group if you want to continue your training from Abe's Amble or Advanced Abe's...or if you are just looking to hook up with some other runners for a fun group!

Thanks for posting this, Tim! The Frost Toes is also an excellent way to ease into winter time running for anyone who has not yet experienced that particular pleasure.
