9 different running events
- 4 x 800 meter relay
- 4 x 100 meter relay
- 100 meter dash
- 800 meter run
- 5. 4 x 200 meter relay
- 400 meter dash
- 1600 meter run
- 200 meter dash
- 4 x 400 meter relay
Max # of events: 2 open running events per person and 2 relays per person. Sign up at SRRC Wednesday Night Track Workout (see http://www.runkt.blogspot.com/). Please put a predicted finish time for every race you sign up for (including relays). Form your own team of four runners or just sign up and we will put you in a team. Ribbons to be awarded for 1st through 3rd place for each event.
If you are not running in the track meet please email Emily or post a comment to volunteer. Help needed include timers, relay exchange judges, starter, scribe, finish judge, and maybe a few other people to help as needed that day.

Anyone interested in running 6 -8 miles tomorrow morning is welcome to join us. We are meeting at Panera at 7am and running the Fit Club West route. Tim Mu, I lost your cell so call me or email me. Pam and I have started our training and need to get together with you. Mary F. are you out there also??
