If you have not visited the website for 4th Street Live in Louisville, please click here. This restaurant/bar area is just a few blocks down 4th Street from the Galt house. This will be ground zero for Saturday afternoon/evening!
We are planning to get together at the Maker's Mark Bourbon House & Lounge. It is a very cool spot, the menu looks good...and their signature drink is, of course, a MINT JULEP!
They open at 11 am on Saturday, so don't be surprised if we are there when they open as we celebrate the big race!
Also, the Louisville Bats, the Triple A affiliate for the Cincinnati Reds, play a home game Saturday evening at 6:15 pm. Their home park is beautiful Slugger Field, home of the 2008 Triple A All Star game, and just a few blocks from the Galt House. Some of us could end up there as well!
Any other thoughts?

See you at Maker's Mark!
Tim, if you've got a group going out to supper tonight, give me a call.
Congratulations to everyone at Louisville. Iroquois Park was a tough way to start out! Good thing there was some great scenery as a distraction. See you on the roads!
