I think we named the hill in Lincoln Park which exits out to 4th Street...
The Last Hill:-)
Other hill names, anyone?

"The Ambulance Hills".

The 4th street hill didn't seem as bad Saturday, but we hadn't ran 11.5 miles prior to it either.
Mt. Runmore was the name we used in high school for the Lincoln park hill on the cross country course.
Mt. Runmore... Gotta love when coach Halberg had us doing those all night.
Awww... the memories! :)
I don't think the blog administrator would allow me to post the names I have for the hills on the LM or the Abe's Amble course.
Heh heh heh heh heh heh . . .
Hey Barry...who was the yellow streak crossing Chatham Road at noon today?
Dunno, Tim, but my guess is it was some poor schmuck trying to avoid getting hit by all that crrrrazy lunchtime traffic!
But I sure didn't see nobody streakin' . . . .
Maybe you were just "streakin..." I'd whistle at ya Barrython!!! Whoooo hooo!!!
BTW, how is your marathon training going? YOU ROCK BARRY!!!
We had hills in Elmwood, IL that were all within a block of each other that we called Hospital Hill, Pain and Agony. They were each steeper than the other. The four mile mark of an already ridiculously hilly five mile course was about 3/4 of the way up Agony and then you had a 2 1/2 block downhill that was just cruel and unusual punishment about half a block after cresting.
