Workout for Tuesday, March 12

Welcome to daylight in the evenings!

For Tuesday, March 12 we are back to the hills...

We'll start from the Washington Park tennis courts at 5:30 p.m. For a warm up, turn left out of the parking lot and down the big hill, around the ponds and to the bottom of the Feldkamp hill (by the boardwalk on the lower pond).

Take a rest and let everyone gather back up, then we'll hit the Feldkamp hill....all the way through the stop sign at Fayette and to the top of the hill. Turn around and jog/walk back to the bottom. Take a rest then hit the hill again.

We'll run the hill 6 times.

For a cool down we'll go east to MacArthur and back around to the tennis courts.

I may not be there Tuesday evening, so someone needs to say "go"!

Welcome back Tim!

How many miles will our Thursday run be? Unfortunately, I'll be doing my runs from sunny Scottsdale, AZ for about a week :). If I remember correctly, we drop down to 7 miles on Saturday??? See ya for the 13.1 miler.

Thursday's run will probably be about 5 miles. And yes, Saturday is 7 miles.
