Negative Splits for Tuesday evening (3/18)

For our workout on Tuesday evening (3/18), we'll try our negative splits again....

We'll leave the Washington Park tennis courts at 5:30 pm, turn left out of the parking lot, and warm up to MacArthur Blvd. Take a rest so everyone can gather, then we'll start from the north side of Williams, running back into the park.

For the first negative split, we'll run out four minutes then immediately turn around and run back four minutes.

Take a rest for a couple minutes.

Second negative split will be six & six minutes.

Rest for a couple minutes.

Third split will be eight & eight.

Remember, the idea is to have a negative split (faster on second half of the run) so you want to make it past the starting spot with the second half of the run.

We'll cool down back to the tennis courts.

Where are the great pictures that the photographer took Saturday? Or were they not that great?! Will there be another half-wit group at the Penguin in the Park on March 29?

The photog on Saturday was from the SJR. They are working on a story about the Half Wits, so I'm sure they'll use some of those pictures with that story.
