Women's on top; Men's on bottom
I will be picked up the Half Wits tops this afternoon and will have them at Panera on Saturday morning for our long run.
I will plan to be at Panera by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, so if you want to come early to pick up your top, that would be great. (we leave at 7:30 a.m. for our run)
If you have not paid yet for your top, please bring a check for $41 made payable to: OFTEN RUNNING. Cash works as well (correct change please!).
If you did not order a top, but would like one, let me sort through things after people pick up the pre-ordered tops on Saturday and I'll see how many extras we have (we did order a few extra).

Tim - some of us are driving up to Decatur on Saturday for the Penguin in the Park 5K -- can we pick the tops up on Tuesday?

Yep...I will have them Tuesday, Thursday, at the expo...they will pretty much stay in my car until they are gone.
Don't forget to give us an update on the Decatur race.
Change of plans, we'll just swing by Panera on the way out of town. Should be a fun race, you can't beat chili mac at 10:00 in the morning.

Do you have any extra mediums I could trade my small for? I think the small is too snug for me. If not that's fine I'll live.
Or would anyone need a small in exchange for their medium?

I plan to update everyone with what sizes I have left.

Just a quick question on cutback. Since this is the final week, how much do you cutback? Half of what you normally run or is there a scientific method to go by? Still new to the game and all help is greatly appreciated!
