On Thursday evenings we do just a straight run, no hill or speed workouts.
This Thursday, February 7 (5:30 pm) we'll give you a few options on distance:
We will run west from the Washington Park tennis court parking lot, down the big hill and all the way around the park. We will cross MacArthur and include Williams Blvd. Back to the tennis courts is about 2.5 miles. You can grab a drink and run another loop (for a total of 5 miles) or make it shorter by cutting though the park on one of the roads or turning at MacArthur and not including the Blvd.

It felt good to run in Washington Park again. I haven't been there since summer.
