For Thursday we'll be running a four-mile route through the park and surrounding neighborhood. We throw in a couple late hills for good measure (hee-hee).
Please watch for traffic, especially on Lawrence and Chatham roads. We are not on these sections for long, but PLEASE USE THE SIDEWALKS!

You might want to let people know that the "Spirit of the Marathon" movie, a documentary about running marathons, is playing across the country for ONE ENCORE SHOWING tomorrow @ 7:30pm and its playing at Kerasotes Theater on Mercantile Dr. You can find more info about the movie at www.spiritofthemarathon.com
I think people should have time to make it after the run...
