Tuesday's workout

We'll go back to the boulevard to run 1/2 mile repeats. Let's plan to run six of these...so warm-up over to the boulevard, take a rest, then start the 1/2s. Take a rest between each then cool down back to the shelter after running the six. I won't be there Tuesday, so someone please take charge.

GREAT JOB on the half-mile repeats tonight! I still can't believe the traffic jam in the park, but not even cars everywhere can stop the Half Wits.

Thanks to Roger for carrying me on his shoulders on that extra half mile.
