As we'll be about 38 hours from race time, we'll take it easy Thursday night at Washington Park.
Let's plan to do one full loop around the park (2.5 miles). If you want to do more, feel free to do another loop (small, full...whatever you feel like) just remember to take it easy.
You are there! You have done the training. You have put in the miles, now all you need to do is show up Saturday and run the 13.1! It will be a blast!
