Saturday's plan has us running 11 miles. Not a problem! Everyone will get through it with the power of the group.
The weather forecast looks like we may have some rain and wind out of the southeast (would you expect anything less than extreme weather when it comes to the Half Wits?).
Saturday's route has us running from Panera to Fit Club SOUTH via the Wabash Trail, Stanford Avenue, 4th, St. Joseph, and 6th Streets. I know everyone loves that Stanford Avenue overpass...especially in the wind.
Water will be on the picnic table at the east trailhead of the Wabash Trail. Fit Club South also has water and restrooms.
Here is a link to the map of the route: http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=11079
I will not be there Saturday, so if someone else can take charge, that would be great.

We are planning on starting with the half-wits - 7:30 Panera and then adding mileage to the 11. Anyone who needs the extra mileage can join us. (Unless the weather is unbearable, then I will have to re-think the distance.) I don't want a repeat of last Sat. Look forward to seeing all and wish for some nice running weather!!

Keep up the good work! Peace
Okay, now that I have the snowy blustery attire down. Any tips on what to wear in the windy rainy weather?

One suggestion is wear your not so favorite (but not worn out) shoes. Once the soles get wet, it is difficult to get the smell out. Just ask Pam. Save your marathon or half-marathon shoes for the dry days.
