Routes for Thursday and Saturday

The forecast calls for stormy weather on Thursday. As always, it is a game time decision, so plan on running, but if it is storming we probably won't run. If it is just rain, well, you won't melt.

Click here for the Thursday route. We'll run from the shelter to Fit Club West and back.

For Saturday, we are back to 7 miles, so I thought we would run the route through Panther Creek.
Here's the map.

Have a fun run this weekend...A well deserved step back weekend for all Half Wits. Keep on training. I wont be there because I will be in St. Louis for the 1/2 marathon this Sunday.

Brownies next week guys! My daughter leaves this morning for a band trip to Orlando and she is not quite packed yet. Fifteen year old girls - a little high maintenance!

See you all Tuesday!
