That felt pretty good today. Seven miles is nothing after we have been running 11 and 12. Hope you liked the course today...we even had our wind at our back on the way back! And hey, you were supposed to turn on Constitution on the way back. Just like a bunch of lemmings...just follow the one in front of you.Don't forget, we will meet at Bridgeview Park next Saturday to run the LM course. I will be posting more on this as well as sending out e-mail reminders.

The way out was tough due to the wind,I couldn't talk (imagine that)wind made my mouth too dry. But on the way back different story.LOL Lookonmg forward to the BIG Run!!
