Warm is the truth! I continue to learn how to dress for the weather, except tonight I learned the hard way. Every run is a learning experience.Good weather if your a duck...LOL
Just a little hint for the weather. Layers are the best. Look at the "Feels like" temperature and add 20 degrees. That is about how it will feel when you are running. Wind always makes it cooler and Sun always makes it feel warmer.
I dress so that when I step out the door I am chilly edging on the cold side. After the first seven minutes I am warmed up and comfortable. If you want to start out warm, layers. Peel them off as you warm up. I just don't like to carry extra luggage when I run.
And yes, I have been comfortable if not edging on warm at all of the runs. Even with my sweats pulled up and sleevless.

For those of us serving the educational needs of the region, running in the rain at 5 am was not really a picnic. Wimps? I think not.
BTW, did Sherry sing "YMCA" all the way?

I loved the chance to have a wardrobe change with the warmer weather. I wear the same thing almost every Saturday.
But geez, do I need a tan! Yikes! Me and Barb didn't need any reflective gear last night.
Proper dress.
