I drove by Washington Park about 9:45 am and the roads look clear, so let's plan to run this evening. Just one more weather event to make this year's Half Wits even more memorable.
We will stay in the park...probably running the same workout we did a couple weeks ago. Warmup run, then out & back runs of 4, 10, 16 minutes (2 min out, 2 minute back = 4 minutes; 5 minutes out, 5 minutes back = 10 minutes; 8 minutes out, 8 minutes back = 16 minutes). Then we will cool down (ha!).
Hey, at least we have daylight longer than we did 7 weeks ago! Should be fun.
