No, not cross dressing, but cross training.
As suggested by someone in comments, what are your cross training plans? Do you lift, yoga, pilates, bike, swim, or just plain relax on those other days.
This is your open thread to discuss cross training.

I've seriously neglected this blog for no reason other than I haven't made
the time to sit down and compose something. Which is kind of sad because

Being a member of the FitClub, I like to cross train with Tae or Spin classes. You might even find some days where I will do bootcamp style classes too. Its important to cross train because it does improve your overall fitness and if you ever get hit with an injury bug
i.e. Plantar Fascia
Its important to find other means to stay active while you recover from your injuries.
I try to hit the spin classes 2x a week, although evening schedule doesn't always permit. I usually am also able to fit in a sculpting (weights, resistance bands and ab work)class. Have not had the courage to try the bootcamp classes, the people coming out of those always look ready to drop!!!!
That said, there are only so many hours in the week and it can be challenging to squeeze that crosstraining in. I definitely think the spin classes help with quad strength and cardio, but is it better to switch to a different machine every couple of weeks, i.e. elliptical one week, stairmaster next, bike next, etc.?
Cross training keeps me motivated and keeps me from running on consecutive days (recovering from shin splints, ouch!). I do the elliptical machine twice a week with a weight lifting routine. No impact, getting stronger, and I've read the elliptical is just as efficient in boosting your endurance as is running. I was swimming twice a week, but haven't over the last two months - time to get back into it - I want to do Stoneman! Where I work has a gym -I have no excuses!. I would love to try spin classes or bootcamp classes...
